  • What fabric do you use?
    We use Warwick Fabrics, we have hand selected a few fabrics from their outdoor fabric collection. For more information on their fabrics, please see our 'Care Instructions' page for more.
  • Is the cover waterproof?
    It sure is!
  • Can I buy individual parts of a product? ie cover only?
    Yes you can, that is what we are all about. Head to our collections page, and find the style of seat you would like to order more parts for. The shopping cart provides easy drop boxes with selections to order exactly what you are after.
  • How do I open the child-resistant zipper?
    Use a paper clip or a safety pin to unlock the zipper itself, then gently slide it. Do not force it if it doesn't move. Make sure it is unlocked first. It is necessary to use a paper clip only to open the zipper, once opened please remove the paper clip for choking/safety hazards. When you close it you can simply pull it with your fingers.
  • What are the recommended care instructions?
    Unzip the outer cover using a paper clip or safety pin and take the cover off. The cover can be machine washed in 30 degrees Celsius. DO NOT soak, bleach, iron or dry clean. Light tumble dry is possible or hang on the clothes lines, it's better for the environment anyway. The inner cover can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.   • Can I order by phone?
    Unfortunately, ordering by phone is not possible. However, if you have any questions regarding your order, we will gladly assist you by emailing us your concerns to sales@loungingabout.com.au. Please reference your order number.
  • Spare parts
    Spare parts are available for many of our products. These are listed in the items shopping page. If you require a new cover for your chair only, use the drop down options in the product store page to select the fabric and cover finishes you would like, then add to cart to process your order.
  • Do I need to buy the liner for my cover?
    Yes, we highly recommend you buy a liner with your cover. We only offer this as an option just incase you already have this item, but would like to order another cover to mix and match your outdoor space.
  • Do you repair damaged bean bags?
    Abused Lounging About bean bags can be returned to our warehouse to be assessed and repaired. The Lounging About Guarantee covers your bean bag in the unlikely event of faulty materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase from any stockist is required for repairs to be covered by the Lounging About guarantee. A four -week repair time period may be required. Repairs are to be paid in full for work to commence. You will notified when your item is repaired and ready for collection/dispatch. Uncollected repairs will be sold as sale stock after an eight-week period unless prior arrangement is made.
  • I don't live in Victoria does my Lounging About beanbag come filled?
    If you live in another state other than Victoria your order will not come filled, unless you contact us to get a quote for additional shipping charges.
  • How often should I top-up my bean bag with beans?
    You should top-up your bean bag whenever you feel it is necessary. If your bag no longer feels as comfortable as it once did, add new beans to your own comfort level.
  • What's the easiest way to fill my bean bag
    Filling a bean bag yourself: When filling the bean bag yourself, we recommend that you fill your bean bag in the bathroom, over the bathtub (WITH THE PLUG IN), with all doors and windows closed (the wind is your enemy when playing with polystyrene). Never fill bean bags outdoors!
  • I can't decide on a fabric?
    We understand picking your fabric can be challenging, so to hopefully ease the decision process, we offer free fabric cuttings to be sent to you by post. Please head to our online store where you can select up to 4 cuttings. We hope this will help you with your decisions.
  • I am concerned of what the fabric will look like in person?
    If you are concerned of what the true colour of the fabric and what it looks like in person, we offer free fabric cuttings, to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. We do try with every effort to make sure our photography of our items is as accurate as possible, and describe our products in detail, however, we cannot guarantee every screen/computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.
  • How long does it take to have a custom order made?
    All of our products are for pre-order, with an estimated 16 business day turnaround time.
  • I can't find an answer to my question

  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?
    After you have placed your order we endeavour to get your products out to you as quickly as possible. All of our products are currently for pre-order, with a 16 business day turnaround time. When our products are in stock, please allow 5 working days for unfilled item/s and 10 working days for filled items. Once your order is ready for local collection, we will let you know via email or if you have selected delivery for your order all international and interstate shipment takes 3-10 working days. Please note that the shipment of your order only takes place once the amount due has reached our bank accounts.
  • How long does it take for shipping quote to come through?
    Once you have submitted our shipping quote form on our 'Delivery and Shipping' page, please allow up to five business days for a response. If you would like to a head with the shipping quote, please place your order through our website and a secondary invoice will be emailed to you with the shipping cost. All invoices and orders must be paid prior to full-filling your order.
  • I have received my order but it's arrived damaged. What can I do?
    We take pride in using secure and sturdy packaging, but occasionally damage may occur during transit. If your product doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please contact us. For more information regarding damaged goods, please see our 'Returns and Exchanges' page for more.
  • How much will shipping be?
    The cost of shipping differs for each item, depending on the size and weight of the product, and where in the world you’re located. Shipping for country Victoria, interstate and international enquiries for filled products to be delivered, please fill in our online shipping quote form on our delivery and shipping page to receive a price. If you have purchased an item already, we will send you a shipping invoice for you to accept and pay prior to making your order. This invoice will be emailed to you in approximately 24Hr working days.
  • When can I expect my order to arrive?
    Depending on which method of shipping you choose, delivery times may vary. You can expect to have your order with you in 3-7 business days if you pick tracked express courier, or 5-12 business days with the option of tracked economy courier.
  • I would like to become a stockist, how do I open a trade account?"

  • How do I cancel or change an order?
    As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.
