• If you have purchased a non-filled item you will be contacted with a shipping invoice to pay shipping based on the size, weight and delivery location.

Filled Items

Filled products are for Melbourne customer ONLY

Oversized/Bulky Items

• If you have purchased a pre-filled item you will be contacted with a shipping invoice to pay shipping based on the size, weight and delivery location. 

• Please contact us for a quote if you would like to purchase a filled item

• Any filled items in your order will take approximately 7 working days to dispatch from our warehouse.

• Organising your own courier for bulky goods? Please note: we cannot accept couriers to pick up oversized items from our warehouse. We can only accept specialised removal companies to collect due to the fragility to our items which can only be handled by human hands - not machinery/conveyor belts like big courier companies. 

We do offer filled products to customers outside of Melbourne and interstate, however shipping cost is calculated individually and quote must be accepted prior to purchase. Please see at the bottom of this page our shipping quote form. Allow a minimum of two working days for a shipping quote to be sent out. Once accepted you will receive a pro forma invoice with products you want to purchase and shipping cost. Payment is due prior to preparing your order. You will be notified of order completion and dispatch of goods. 

Melbourne Warehouse Pick Up

Warehouse pick up is only available for all Victorian customers.

• Orders that are not custom made will take approximately 5 working days to be ready for collection.

• You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not come prior to this time. 

• For collection you will be required to show purchase order number/proof of purchase and ID. If the purchaser is not coming to collect please make sure the person collecting has the purchase order number/proof of purchase with them. 

• If you are picking up a filled item, please take note of the dimensions listed in the product description, to make sure it will fit in your vehicle.
